GreenBuddies specializes in the construction of photovoltaic power plants (PV) and battery energy storage systems (BESS) across Europe. We provide comprehensive EPC services, from design and permitting through procurement and construction to the operation and maintenance of solar power plants, utility-scale batteries, and solar carports. Since 2017, we have delivered more than 1500 MWp of photovoltaic projects in the Czech Republic, Germany, Sweden, France, Belgium, and 18 European countries in total. Our teams deliver ground-mounted and rooftop photovoltaic power plants, carports, and battery storage systems for energy companies, developers, and industrial customers.

The scope of our work for Ferona a.s. is based on taking full responsibility for all activities related to the design, technical solution, supply, construction, commissioning, and testing of the PV system in the framework of a complete EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) delivery. The client is planning PV power plants on multiple sites in the future.

The operation and maintenance of the plant consists of remote monitoring, supervision and control of the PV plant. It is about preventing, detecting and/or repairing problems that could reduce its performance.

Tritium/IONITY cooperation

Poland

Servicing and upgrading of chargers as part of ongoing contracts for one of the charger suppliers for a major pan-European hypercharger network. The focus is on the Czech Republic, Germany and Poland.

We have completed over 1500 MWp of PV plants since 2017.

Greenbuddies completed a 5.29 MWp EPC solar power plant in Italy

Greenbuddies has completed the construction of a ground-mounted photovoltaic power plant in Mordano, located in Italy’s Emilia-Romagna region. The 5.29 MWp EPC project was delivered for Sonne Pur Bau GmbH & Co. KG. The solar plant is now completed and awaiting connection to the distribution grid.

Ground screw load tests: Reliable foundations for PV & BESS

The reliability of photovoltaic power plants and battery energy storage systems does not start with panels, inverters or batteries. It starts in the ground. Pull-out and compression tests of ground screws help verify soil bearing capacity, optimise foundation design and reduce construction risks before installation begins.
