Želkovice (pre-construction phase)

In 2023, the Greenbuddies Consulting team carried out a comprehensive land assessment for a potential photovoltaic power plant in Želkovice u Libomyšle for MANGHI Czech Republic s.r.o. The project focused on evaluating the suitability of the selected site from administrative, technical and economic perspectives in order to provide the client with a reliable basis for further project development and investment decision-making.

As part of the assignment, we prepared a detailed administrative study of the land, an economic assessment of the planned project and an evaluation of the technical conditions of the surrounding infrastructure. The scope also included a preliminary layout and framework design of the PV plant, an initial assessment of the possibilities for connection to the distribution network and a preliminary opinion regarding grid capacity. In addition, Greenbuddies Consulting prepared a framework calculation of the expected investment and operating costs associated with the construction and future operation of the photovoltaic power plant. The resulting assessment provided the client with a comprehensive overview of the main opportunities, constraints and key parameters influencing the feasibility of the project.
