We operate not only in the Czech market but also in more than 18 EU countries. Our key markets include Germany, France, Scandinavia, Ireland, and Italy.
Sales team organization
Greenbuddies is a process-driven company, and our sales department structure reflects this approach. The team is divided into two groups:
- Primary sales – Direct client contact, service presentations, project scoping, offer negotiation and contract management.
- Sales support – Preparation of offers, bid documents, and necessary pre-contract materials. Close cooperation with engineering, purchasing, legal, and marketing departments.
This structure allows us to respond effectively to market demands and deliver top-quality services.
