I work as the Head of the Sales department. Most of my time is spent making sure that sufficient attention is paid where it is needed and that no customer is overlooked.
- What was your first impression of Greenbuddies?
My first impression was that most of my new colleagues were more capable and smarter than me, and that I had a lot to learn from them which motivated me.
- What do you do when you're not working?
I enjoy sports and spending time with my family.

Klára Hlavová - Backoffice Buddy
- What is your position and how would you describe your agenda?
I work as a Project Coordinator, and my main task is to support the project managers. My job is very diverse — I arrange accommodation and flights, handle work permits and official documents, manage workwear, organize professional training, and take care of administrative and logistical matters. In addition, I provide back-office support and often deal with ad hoc tasks that require quick and practical solutions. I make sure everything is organized and ready so that my colleagues can focus on project execution.
- What was your first impression of Greenbuddies?
I came to Greenbuddies from a corporate environment, so moving to a smaller company was quite a big change for me. I was immediately drawn to the overall atmosphere, which was very friendly and informal.
- How would others (e.g. colleagues) describe you?
I think they would describe me as a responsible and meticulous person. I can be a bit of a perfectionist, but I try to use that in my work — I like order, completed tasks, and when things run the way they’re supposed to. I always try to be reliable and willing to help when needed. Outside of work, though, I’m not so serious — I enjoy unwinding, going out for a beer, or spending time with people I have fun with.

Zuzana Pacourková - Marketing Buddy
- Tell me how you first got involved in with Greenbuddies…
My position at Greenbuddies was my first job after maternity leave, and in the beginning, I experienced all the typical feelings many mothers face when returning to work — low self-esteem, imposter syndrome, and a general lack of confidence in my abilities. My first task was not a small one either: to organize a complete rebranding of the company, establish marketing processes, and leverage all available B2B channels. Fortunately, the company’s friendly and easy-going atmosphere and especially its people helped my insecurities fade away quickly.
- What is your position and how would you describe your agenda?
I work as the Head of the Marketing Department, and I often like to describe our scope as covering everything from business cards to trade fairs. We are responsible for all communication channels, including social media, PR, the website, printed brochures, newsletters, and event organization.
- What do you do when you aren't working?
I enjoy spending my time exploring and travelling with my loved ones and slowly working on growing a beautiful garden.
