In Sudslava, Pardubice Region, our installation teams are completing one of the largest ground-mounted solar power plants with trackers in the Czech Republic. The power plant, built on an area the size of seven football fields, has a capacity of 5.3 MWp. Of the more than 8,500 panels, approximately a quarter are equipped with tracking systems that follow the sun, increasing performance by up to 30%. Thanks to this innovative solution, electricity production is more efficient and evenly distributed throughout the day.
The main construction work, including panel installation, is now complete. We are currently focusing on connecting the alternating current and transformer station, which is the final step before commissioning the plant. This project is a testament to the growing interest in large solar installations in the Czech Republic, which we expect to see more of in the coming years as they become essential to increasing the share of renewable energy in the country's energy mix.
