This 6 MWp project included the installation of 9,728 photovoltaic panels with an individual capacity of 610 Wp, 23 inverters, and the installation of the system on 2,992 piles. We used the proven Pradecon double pile mounting system to install the panels.
Our scope of work included complete ramming works, mechanical installation of the mounting system, PV module and inverter installation, DC cabling including connections to the inverters and DC cable routing. We also provided professional site & project management.
An intriguing feature of this project is the installation of 200 panels with a total capacity of 135 kWp directly on the roofs of the greenhouses, thus ensuring that the available space is used for energy production without restricting agricultural activities. The design of this part of the PV plant is based on a similar design to that used for solar carports. The solar modules are transparent to allow the sun to reach the plants below.
