We are supplying construction work on this project in Sweden for our client, Intec Energy Solutions. When finished, the photovoltaic power plant will have an installed capacity of 64.05 MWp. More than 102,000 solar panels (625 Wp each) and 145 350 kVA inverters will produce green solar energy, something you really don't see every day. The panels are being installed on a counstruction with double piles. Some of the piles are so-called cross piles, which are small support piles that is not very common. The mounting system is supplied by Pradecon.
Some of the biggest challenges we have had to overcome so far on the construction of this solar project are undoubtedly the weather and climatic conditions here in the North, along with soft clay subsoil contrasted with hard rock. We have been working hard to find a solution and so far we have been successful and the construction is progressing according to plan.
