Greenbuddies’ scope of work includes driving piles, the mechanical assembly of supporting structures and the subsequent installation of photovoltaic modules. From foundations to photovoltaic module installation
In utility-scale solar construction, every stage of installation directly affects the efficiency and quality of the final project delivery.
The GreenBuddies scope at Variscourt started with the installation of ground screws forming the foundation of the mounting system. A total of 9,576 ground screws were installed to provide the basis for the supporting structures.
Following the foundation works, GreenBuddies carried out the mechanical installation of the Axial dual-pile mounting system. The final stage consisted of installing photovoltaic modules across the assigned project section.
Once completed, the GreenBuddies installation scope included 35,046 photovoltaic modules with a total installed capacity of 21.5 MWp.
