For our partner, Tricera, a manufacturer of battery storage systems, we supplied a high-capacity BESS battery system designed for a ground-mounted photovoltaic power plant. The project combines renewable energy generation from photovoltaics with modern battery storage technology, thereby contributing to a more efficient use of the electricity generated.
Battery storage systems are playing an increasingly important role in the modern energy sector. They enable the storage of excess energy generated by a photovoltaic power plant and its subsequent use at times when demand or value is higher. At the same time, BESS provides greater flexibility in managing energy flows and can contribute to the stabilization of the power grid.
The delivery of a large-capacity battery system for this project is another example of the growing integration of photovoltaic power plants and battery storage systems, as well as the development of modern energy infrastructure in Europe.
