The Greenbuddies team handled the complete EPC implementation of a rooftop photovoltaic power plant, including design, technical solutions, component procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning of the system. The scope of supply included project documentation, photovoltaic modules and inverters, mounting and support structures, DC and AC cabling, connection to the existing lightning protection system, modifications to distribution panels, control systems, and a data collection system.

Greenbuddies also arranged for modifications to the utility connection point, the necessary construction and installation work, roof access, machinery, and complete coordination of the project. The EPC scope also included commissioning the power plant and preparing handover documentation, including as-built drawings, O&M documentation, and the relevant certificates.
