The Greenbuddies team handled the complete EPC implementation of a rooftop photovoltaic power plant, including design, technical solutions, component procurement, construction, commissioning, and system testing. The scope of supply included photovoltaic modules and inverters, mounting structures, DC and AC cabling, connection to the existing lightning protection system, modifications to the switchgear, and a data collection system. The project also included the necessary construction and installation work, as well as ensuring access to the roof.

Greenbuddies was also responsible for the complete management and coordination of the project, the necessary machinery, and the commissioning of the power plant. The EPC scope of supply also included complete handover documentation, including as-built drawings, O&M documentation, and the relevant certificates of commissioning.
