The Greenbuddies team carried out the complete installation and commissioning of a high-capacity battery storage system with a capacity of 12 MW for its partner, the BESS battery system manufacturer Tricera. The battery system was implemented as part of a ground-mounted photovoltaic power station, and its main purpose is the efficient storage of generated electricity and its subsequent use in line with current operational requirements. The project involved the installation of the battery system and associated technological components.
Greenbuddies also carried out the necessary assembly and electrical installation work, co-ordinated the individual activities, and ensured the system was completed and ready for commissioning. The implementation also involved checking the technical design, ensuring the integration of the individual technological components, and collaborating with a partner during the finishing works. The project represents further experience for Greenbuddies in the implementation of large-capacity BESS systems in combination with photovoltaic power stations.
