The Greenbuddies team provided Ferona a.s. with a complete EPC implementation of a photovoltaic system, including design, technical solutions, component procurement, construction, commissioning, and testing of the power plant. The scope of work included project documentation, necessary permits, the supply of photovoltaic modules and inverters, mounting structures, DC and AC cabling, grounding, data collection, excavation work, and construction site facilities.

Greenbuddies also provided comprehensive project and site management, implementation coordination, inspections, as-built documentation, and handover documentation, including the relevant certificates. The project was executed as a comprehensive turnkey delivery and laid the foundation for the potential implementation of other planned Ferona photovoltaic power plants at multiple locations.
