The Greenbuddies team carried out the complete EPC implementation of a rooftop photovoltaic power station, including project preparation, technical design, supply of components and the construction work itself. The scope of the project included the assembly of the rooftop support structure, the installation of photovoltaic modules and inverters, and the complete DC and AC electrical installation, including cabling, earthing and connection of the system to the building’s electrical infrastructure. The project also included related construction and installation work, as well as the coordination of all activities necessary for the successful implementation of the power plant.
Greenbuddies also provided comprehensive project and site management, review of technical documentation, organisation of on-site work and the integration of individual technological units. The EPC scope included carrying out the necessary measurements, tests and inspections, commissioning the photovoltaic power station and connecting it to the distribution grid. The project was handed over to the client, including as-built documentation, operational manuals and all the necessary certificates for the proper operation of the installation.
