The Greenbuddies team oversaw the construction of a floating photovoltaic power plant located on a body of water. The scope of work included the complete assembly of a support system designed for installation on water, the installation of photovoltaic modules and inverters, and related electrical work. The project also included DC cabling, including connections to the inverters. Greenbuddies also provided comprehensive site and project management, coordinated the individual phases of construction, and oversaw the progress of the project.

The scope of delivery further included reviewing the design and technical documentation, accepting materials at the project site, and ensuring that the work performed complied with project requirements. All work was performed in accordance with the relevant local and European regulations regarding occupational safety, construction, and electrical installations. The project also included the necessary hand tools, transportation, and accommodation for the implementation teams.
