Greenbuddies is carrying out an extensive revamp of the 19.6 MWp SKV Büttel photovoltaic power plant in Germany. The project is being carried out in collaboration with partner DiSUN Deutsche Solarservice GmbH and involves the complete replacement of outdated components with modern technology. The Greenbuddies team is dismantling 87 100 original 225 Wp panels, approximately 1 180 inverters, and the associated cabling. It is then installing 27 418 new modules with a capacity of 705–715 Wp and 220 Huawei 115 KTL inverters. The project represents a significant step in the development of Greenbuddies’ internal installation capabilities and confirms the company’s expertise in the comprehensive modernization of large solar power plants.
